Hello everyone. My name is June Pauline Zent and I have been working at my art since I was about six years old. At first with pencil, then colored pencil and later watercolor, oil, and pastel. I have also been a teacher of all of these mediums for many years both public in schools, colleges, galleries and privately in my studio. I have won more than my share of awards and honors and commissions from famous people and Institutions. Now I just want to market my prints by myself with the help of old and new friends. The question most often asked is why I don't stick to a few subjects and present a more unified body of work. The answer is I believe that you will find unity in my work if you look for it like most art and I paint what inspires...

Thank you sweetheart! I looked at the unfinishrd drawing and felt that the daughters hand was too strong and wanted a more fen-amine and softer hand as a contrast to the string old hand so I chose the older daughter for the painting. The younger daughters hand was just like her: The rock the family and still is: very strong! Still the drawing haunted me because I really liked it, so pulled it out and made a finished drawing much to the delight of my younger daughter! Thank you for your lovely comment!
