Artist's Description
This is indeed a honorable man and a honorable Appeals Court Judge for twenty years. His wife gifted him this portrait upon his retirement from the bench at a lovely retirement party.
I agreed to paint the portrait because I saw him on TV and said, " Wow a honorable judge " Another reason is because his wife became a student of mine and she was a star. Her artwork was and is creative, original, and stunning! Both of these friends are special to me
About June Pauline Zent
Hello everyone. My name is June Pauline Zent and I have been working at my art since I was about six years old. At first with pencil, then colored pencil and later watercolor, oil, and pastel. I have also been a teacher of all of these mediums for many years both public in schools, colleges, galleries and privately in my studio. I have won more than my share of awards and honors and commissions from famous people and Institutions. Now I just want to market my prints by myself with the help of old and new friends. The question most often asked is why I don't stick to a few subjects and present a more unified body of work. The answer is I believe that you will find unity in my work if you look for it like most art and I paint what inspires...
