Artist's Description
I was commissioned to paint the hands of these two people by a famous actor as a gift to a Talk show host and his wife. During the course of the painting we became friends and I wanted to paint a symbol of a couple that were devoted to each other there whole lives
because this is what they showed me. I would not have believed it until I knew them!

Hello everyone. My name is June Pauline Zent and I have been working at my art since I was about six years old. At first with pencil, then colored pencil and later watercolor, oil, and pastel. I have also been a teacher of all of these mediums for many years both public in schools, colleges, galleries and privately in my studio. I have won more than my share of awards and honors and commissions from famous people and Institutions. Now I just want to market my prints by myself with the help of old and new friends. The question most often asked is why I don't stick to a few subjects and present a more unified body of work. The answer is I believe that you will find unity in my work if you look for it like most art and I paint what inspires...
