There are five stands of these beautiful flowers on my land. I harvested a few and sat them on my kitchen window sill with the light filtered through a lace curtain. I looked at it and said 'This is a painting and so here it is!
About June Pauline Zent
Hello everyone. My name is June Pauline Zent and I have been working at my art since I was about six years old. At first with pencil, then colored pencil and later watercolor, oil, and pastel. I have also been a teacher of all of these mediums for many years both public in schools, colleges, galleries and privately in my studio. I have won more than my share of awards and honors and commissions from famous people and Institutions. Now I just want to market my prints by myself with the help of old and new friends. The question most often asked is why I don't stick to a few subjects and present a more unified body of work. The answer is I believe that you will find unity in my work if you look for it like most art and I paint what inspires...

laurel, You did hit in the hardest part: The curtain but I kinda liked it when finished.I propped the wild flowers up in front of the certain and had to change them several times because the curtain was a pain. Glad that you like it though and thank you for the L/V Best to you!
