Description
This is the second place winner of the State of Florida Snook competition. Second place does not win the stamp or prints but it is an honor none the less given the contest used to accept entries from all over the state. Sadly it is all electronic permissions now and it is even harder to fish this animal now. There are sooo many restrictions!

great drawing, we caught a large snook this past year a Cedar Key here in Florida.

Did you? I used to fish for snook with my son and loved to catch and cook them. Legal size is hard to catch now. I am a Florida native - WPB and loved drawing this fish! Thanks for the compliment Tom!

Well you caught it when it was first place , If you tefresh the page I will be in second place. but either one is fine with me. Thank you for your compliment Kruthika . All those repetitive scales in scales in colored pencil was kind of boring but I stuck with it. Thank you for your compliment.

They go back and forth when two images wine the same place. I think that is confusing to people but I don't administer any contest. first place, then refresh and now it's second. I am happy with either one!
