Description
On a surveying trip with my son we came upon this beautiful, wild Florida river. The water was so clear that you could see the rocks on the bottom and you knew it was deep. It also had a fast currant and I would not want to fall in but I couldn't get it out of my mind so here it is!

The water does indeed look clear, and you have painted it in motion expertly. I also love the way the tree overarches the entire composition, pulling my eye upwards and into the colorful shoreline beyond.

Yes, the water is deep and has a strong movement Not canoe territory but mesmerizing when you look down it's crystal clear and very deep with rocks on the bottom. Thank you for the compliment and the L/F

Thank you Laurel, I am very glad that you like it. And very glad that you are continuing with your group. After this contest , I am going to reduce my groups to around five. The Artist Buzzz will be one of them because you are staying. I finally realize that since I have only been on FAA for a year I cannot compete with people who have been doing this for 12 + years and it is affecting my life in a nagative way. Using energy in a more productive way is better for me. I do hope to keep in touch with you and other friends on FAA!
